ABC found himself in the unenviable position of being charged with touching his roommate’s child for a sexual purpose. ABC was a young man in his late twenties who had never been in trouble with the police before and was (understandably) exceedingly distraught at the allegations.
A pre-trial investigation conducted by Patrick Fagan revealed a number of serious shortcomings in the case for the prosecution.
